Request deletion

You may request deletion of personal information associated with your interactions with Tuokex. There is no charge to submit a request.

1. Email your request
   Send an email to privacy@tuokex.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Include the email address you used to contact or register with Tuokex. Do not send passwords or sensitive identification documents.
2. Complete verification
   We may ask for limited information to confirm your identity. This protects information from unauthorized deletion requests.
3. Receive confirmation
   After verification, we will process the request and confirm completion, generally within 30 days or within the period required by applicable law.

What we delete

A verified request covers account profile information, contact details, messages, and other personal information associated with you that Tuokex is not legally required to retain.

What may be retained

We may retain limited information where required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of agreements. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until overwritten through normal retention cycles. Any retained information remains protected and is not used for other purposes.
