This Privacy Policy describes how Tuokex (“Tuokex,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, contact us, or use our services. It also explains your privacy rights and choices.

Tuokex is the brand of 杭州拓可思智能科技有限公司 (“Hangzhou Tuokesi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.” is an unofficial translation provided for convenience only), a company registered in Hangzhou, China. That company operates tuokex.com and is the entity responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

• Account information if you choose to create an account for a Tuokex service.

Information collected automatically

04Google user data and Limited Use

Some Tuokex products connect to Google services on your instruction — for example Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 — so that performance data for the properties you manage can be shown inside the product. This section describes how we handle data received from Google APIs, and it applies in addition to the rest of this policy.

What we access

When you connect a Google account, we request read-only access to the specific properties you select during authorization. We do not request write access to your Google account, and we do not request or access Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Photos or Calendar data.

How we use Google user data

• To display search performance, traffic, and conversion metrics for the properties you connected;
• To generate reports, rankings, and page-level recommendations inside the product you are using; and
• To provide support you request in connection with those features.

We do not use Google user data for advertising or ad targeting, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

How we store and protect it

OAuth tokens and API credentials are stored encrypted. Data received from Google APIs is transmitted over encrypted connections, held with multi-tenant isolation per brand, and accessible only to authorized personnel who need it to operate or support the service.

How we share it

We do not transfer Google user data to third parties, except to service providers that host or support the product under confidentiality and data protection terms, where you direct us to, or where required by law.

Revoking access and deleting Google user data

You may disconnect a linked Google account at any time from within the product, or revoke access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When access is revoked we stop retrieving new data and delete the stored tokens. To delete data already retrieved, follow our Data Deletion Instructions or email privacy@tuokex.com.

Limited Use Tuokex’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

05Legal bases

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing our website, consent, and compliance with legal obligations.

06How we disclose information

We may disclose information to:

• Service providers that host, secure, support, or help operate our website and services under appropriate confidentiality and data protection terms;
• Your organization and its authorized representatives, where relevant;
• Authorities or other parties where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of our services; and

No sale of personal information. Tuokex does not sell personal information.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When a valid deletion request is completed, we delete or de-identify relevant information unless retention is legally required. Limited information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until routine deletion cycles complete.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption in transit, monitoring, and restricted personnel access. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or complain to a data protection authority.

11International data transfers
